[Classic Drop] A-Team (Ft. Fabolous) – Crooks Theme

I haven’t done a classic drop in a while so lets hit it off with this gem. Here goes “Crooks Theme” off the A-Teams “Hardwood Classic Vol. 2″ mixtape and the tape is truely a classic. The track features Fabolous lending an assist to the former rap duo of Ransom and Hitchcock that formed the two man crew of A-Team.  The mixtape came out around 04.

[Classic] Fabolous & Cassidy – Gangsta Walk

You may recognize this track because it appeared on Lil Wayne’s Carter III album. The track was called “Nothin’ On Me” featuring Fabolous and Juelz Santana. The crazy thing is this track dropped an entire year before the Carter III ever came out. It was a Fabolous & Cassidy track called “Gangsta Walk”. Now when I first heard it I was like who are they going at because it was clear they were coming at someone especially in Cassidy’s verse. Then I remembered Cassidy had some negative comments about Wayne and him kissing other men and what not. Also Fabolous had a little issue with Wayne also. If you all re-call Wayne was suppose to appear on Fabolous’ “From nothin to somethin” album on the “Diamonds” track but he took him off and replaced him with Young Jeezy. When Fab was on the Funk Flex show Flex asked him about it and Fab said there was an issue. They had cut to commercial and were suppose to talk more about after the break but never did.  In my opinion “Gangsta Walk” was suppose to originally have Fab, Cassidy and Wayne, and appear on Wayne’s album. however I think when wayne heard Cassidy’s verse he realized he couldn’t have someone on his album trying to get at him.

[Classic Drop] A-Team Ft. 50 Cent – Gunz For Sale

Here goes another classic drop this track is on the official A-Team “Hardwood Classic Vol. 1″ mixtape which dropped back in 2003. If you all don’t know A-Team was a group that included Ransom & Hitchock, they later broke up. The entire Hardwood Classic series is crack all three mixtapes they dropped are must haves in my opinion.
